In collaboration with Amalgamated Grup and SPAYSIS Architecture, Planning and Engineering Ltd, we currently lead a group of professionals to provide various project management consultancy services to the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEDA), Ghana. This is an on-going call-off framework agreement.

Provided Probity Assurance services for the World Bank funded Performance-Based Contract for the Odaw Dredging Works as part of the Greater Accra Resilient and Integrated Development Project (GARID), Ministry of Works

and Housing, Ghana. 

Through GIMPA, led the EU funded West Africa Competitiveness Programme on Cassava, Processed fruits (Mango and Pineapple) and Cosmetics and Personal Care Products for the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEDA), Ghana. Conducted Market Research Studies; Conducted value Chain analysis; Conducted analysis of domestic supply and international demand for the three value chain products (Cassava, Processed fruits (Mango and Pineapple) and Cosmetics and Personal Care); and Presented the report of the study including a comprehensive database to Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEDA).

Through GIMPA, coordinated with the partners (i.e. European Union, National School of Governance and Hulla & Co Human Dynamics), undertook a comprehensive review and assessment of the National School of Government's (NSG’s), South Africa, existing policies and procedures relating to operations and quality management; analysed potential approaches and standards for the establishment of a comprehensive, enterprise-wide Quality Management System (QMS) for the NSG; developed and submitted a documentary report on the results of the analysis and provided a draft implementation plan (with deliverables) including quality policy, manual, procedures, operations manual and associated forms to support the School’s desire to establish a QMS; and assisted the NSG in the implementation of the approved QMS including a further assessment and refinement process. The project was funded by the EU. 

Provided Project Audit & Monitoring and Evaluation services, coordinated with funding agencies (National and International Development Agencies), undertook procurement audit, project and value for money audits of projects for the Nandom Municipal Assembly, Ghana. Notable projects audited so far include: construction of Municipal Library Project; construction of Health Centre Project at Segru; construction of culverts/bridges and gutters.

Provided Project Audit & Monitoring and Evaluation services, coordinated with funding agencies (National and International Development Agencies), undertook procurement audit, project and value for money audits of projects for the Asutifi South District Assembly, Ghana. Notable projects audited so far include: construction of 3 dormitory blocks and ancillary facilities; construction of 2-bedroom flats; construction of market stalls and street light project.

Provided Project Management services through Damantu Enterprises for the Construction of Solar Powered Limited Mechanised Water System for Pier Health Centre in the Nandom Municipality in the Upper West Region, Ghana.
